Allterra AI ("we", "our", "us") is an AI automation agency based in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. By accessing our website or signing up for any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Our services include the setup and ongoing management of AI-powered automation systems covering WhatsApp communication, voice AI, SMS follow-ups, CRM integration, appointment booking, and custom workflow automation. All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis following a once-off setup fee, the amounts of which are detailed in your selected plan at the time of sign-up. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are due on the same date each month. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of your service until payment is received.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice to luke@allterra.co.za Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds will be issued for unused days. We reserve the right to terminate your service immediately if you breach these terms, engage in unlawful activity, or use our systems in a way that causes harm to others.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and any relevant industry regulations. You must not use our automation systems to send unsolicited communications, distribute spam, harass individuals, or engage in any activity that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if such activity is detected.

All intellectual property related to our systems, workflows, and platform remains the property of Allterra AI. You retain ownership of your own business data and client information at all times. We will never sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than delivering your agreed services. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure our systems operate reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for losses arising from system downtime, third-party platform outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent calendar month.

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of any material changes by email. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
